Paella Valenciana

Ingredients

  • For 4 people :
  • 400 gr round rice
  • 4 chicken wings
  • 25 gr of Flavori PAELLA VALENCIANA MIX
  • 4 chicken thigs
  • 250 gr of seafood mixture (mussels, prawns, squid, cockles)
  • 2 big onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon concentrated tomatoes
  • 1 cube of vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 25 cl dry white wine

Method

1. Boil the rice for 10 minutes in water to which you previously added the broth. It must still be a bit hard. Drain and set aside. 

2. Sear the chicken in olive oil with 1 of the 2 onions sliced and the crushed garlic.

3. In the paella pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add the bell peppers cut into slices. Add the second onion also sliced and the drained seafood. Let it all reduce on a low fire. Add the Flavori Paella Valencia mix.

4. Pour in the white wine, cover and let it simmer until it has a nice red-orange colour.
5. Add the rice, stir, and finish off the cooking covered on a low fire. 

6. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
