Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • For 4 people :
  • 325 gr of chicken breasts
  • 125 gr of natural yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 25 gr of Flavori TIKKA MASALA MIX
  • 1 & 1/2 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tablespoons tomato coulis

Method

1. Dice the tomatoes and the onions.

2. Cut the chicken breasts in chunks and season with half of the Flavori Tikka masala mix.

3. In a pan, simmer the onions and the garlic in a bit of oil. Sprinkle the rest of the spices on top. 

4. Add the diced tomatoes, the tomato coulis and the water. Leave to cook for 5 minutes on a medium temperature fire. 

5. Add the chicken breasts, stir and heat for 10 minutes. 

6. After the chicken is well done, add the yogurt and stir. Simmer for 5 minutes. 7. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
